People often complain that manufacturing skill and innovative flair are in short supply in Africa. Try telling this to Vincent. He built this minibus, complete with driver in 2 days using bottle tops and old bits of wire he found.              What is lacking is simply an outlet for this talent and creativity. The list of factors limiting this is a long one; lack of education, foreign meddling in economic restructuring, corruption and mismanaged aid money to name a few.
